Chef Erin brought her passion for French cuisine to Dallas' Lake Highlands neighborhood with the opening of RM 12:20 Bistro. After 2020, as most restaurants faced a turbulent time as everyone started to navigate the new normal and local spots struggled to keep their doors open.
In May 2021, we began to support the beloved restaurant through social media efforts and increased overall engagement, reservation link clicks and organic followers.
Also, secured a Dallasites101 featured promotion on Instagram to drive additional brand awareness and reservations.
